More about the studio

Located in Brunswick, Maine, Jacqui’s Music Studio is a growing, community-centered music program serving students of all ages.

Our focus is simple:

  • Build strong musical foundations

  • Create meaningful teacher-student relationships

  • Make music something students want to come back to

We balance structure and creativity—technique matters, but so does joy.

This isn’t a “show up, teach, leave” kind of studio.

Our teachers:

  • Have a full or growing studio of students without needing to market themselves

  • Are part of a collaborative, supportive team

  • Can teach in their own style, with guidance if needed

  • Have opportunities to be involved in recitals, group events, and creative programming

  • Are encouraged to bring their own ideas and strengths into their teaching

You won’t be micromanaged—but you also won’t be on your own.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You…

  • Love working with beginners and helping students build confidence

  • Care about connection just as much as correct notes

  • Want to grow as a teacher, not just fill hours

  • Enjoy being part of a musical community

  • Are reliable, communicative, and warm
